Experience

· Experience of major multi-disciplinary rail infrastructure projects

· Understanding of performance modelling and maintenance arrangements across disciplines

· Understanding the influence design and construction have on performance of railway infrastructure

· Experience of change control processes

· Experience of interfacing with railway Maintenance function

· Understanding of whole life cost

Job Description

1. Represent the ‘maintenance’ and ‘asset owner’ perspective in the design of new/ altered assets and projects to ensure that The Client achieve its TRU performance targets.

2. Collate information from the TRU programme team and translate that into action plans for the design and construction teams to follow in pursuit of the TRU performance targets.

3. Present information back from the design teams to allow performance modelling to be undertaken by the TRU programme team, and to represent The Client at programme level working groups for O&M

4. Support the Integration Programme management function with technical expertise in discussions with Asset Management and Maintenance functions to ensure adequate input into the design process for documented requirements, and to ensure effective communication of information back to those functions to guarantee timely and efficient handback.

5. Maintain Project PRAM plans through liaison with project teams and the TRU programme team
