The Senior Signalling Design engineer will be an integral part of the Rail core management team that will develop and build on the success the current business to create a development centre for rail at Warrington. This exciting and challenging role will comprise working with the Client Relationship Director, Technical Directors and Rail Group Director to develop business strategy and right shape the team for the future, the successful candidate will be responsible for the technical and commercial delivery of project teams delivering high quality technical services and solutions and will contribute continued and improving technical excellence within the group and sector. The successful candidate will develop new business and effectively manage existing client relationships to generate trade up on existing projects. Through securing new work and trade up the individual will be responsible for the recruitment, retention and personal development of team members growing the team in line with the strategic goals. Essential Qualifications IRSE Licence Categories principle(s) designer 1.1.130 or 1.1.150D And or able to work towards design manager’s licence 1.1.140 or 1.1.145 |
